Sanctuary
July 2010

How many people find the love of their lives in a club for "adventurous adults?" For lavender-grower Lily Lomax and New York Times best-selling author Tony Marchand, lust at first sight turns into so much more. After a literary conference in Miami and a weekend at Sanctuary, her Virginia country farm, their love blooms into something beautiful.  Then out of nowhere, Tony's agent gives him the worst news an author can hear.  At the same time, an unexpected opportunity puts Sanctuary on the map. Can their love survive when one star is on the rise and the other about to crash and burn? Will harsh words, heartbreak and a midnight visit from an old love tear them apart?  Or will they come together on a night filled with friendship, love, and a hint of danger from an old idea that just won't die?

Reviews for Sanctuary

"I enjoyed this well-paced story that takes the reader through the realistic stages of a relationship and what happens when the unexpected, both good and bad, suddenly shows up in Tony and Lily's lives. As always, Ms. Davis does a very good job of describing the characters and places with the right amount of attention to detail, capturing the essence of small town life as well as scenes of the big city. Sanctuary blends sensual love with humor, a bit of suspense, and touches on the power of real friendship against old ideas that just won't let go.I recommend this novella for romance readers who enjoy a soulfully satisfying story. Readers will enjoy the journey that Lily and Tony take as they learn sanctuary is not only a physical place, but a giving of their hearts to each other."

Reviews for From Dusk to Dawn

"Cultures clash and sparks fly in this sizzling debut romance from Niambi Brown Davis. Don't miss it!"
Deirdre Savoy, National Best-Selling Romance and Romantic Suspense Author

4+Stars: "FROM DUSK TO DAWN is a riveting story of an unconventional romance.  The odds are against the leads' relationship from the beginning.  There is the clash between their religious beliefs and the difference in their ages.  I enjoyed the way that Ms. Davis worked through all of the characters problems...Ms. Davis is to be commended for a well written and interesting story.  I enjoyed it and will recommend it to my friends."
Marguerite Lemons, Romance in Color

"Ms. Davis flaunts her magnificent writing skills by offering a well crafted story, impressive attention to detail along with a dash of ethnic history. There is so much more than romance offered – you have suspense, explanation of the Muslim faith, details in family conflict, and sensuality. The secondary characters are extraordinarily written and add to the content of the storyline. The conflict made this story realistic and will embed these characters into your heart. Romance readers pick up From Dusk to Dawn because this is definitely worth the trip to the book store."
